Herbergers - Charged for their mistake.

I ordered shoes through the store since they didn't have my size. After checking the track my order option I noticed it was being sent to a completely different address and State. I called the customer service number and they put in a new order. They then tell me I have to pay a shipping cost, so essentially I'm paying an extra $10 because they can't put in an address correctly.

Do not get a credit card from Herbergers. They will double charge you without your knowledge , not give you a copy, then when you contact customer service they will tell you they can only help you if you submit proof. Customer Service sucks. Shop Amazon best Customer Service in the world.
